You were not only very professional but you were kind and considerate.
You did a super job of cleaning that dirty chimney and getting those logs clean and back in place. I will take your advise and not burn until I am able for you to do more work on the chimney.
I want to wish you every success in your business. I didn’t get any cards from you but a number of homes in this area were constructed by the same builder. Of course, they may have been more diligent in keeping the chimney cleaned.
